This group is ideal for those who struggle with anxiety and/or sadness, either related to the Covid -19 pandemic or pre-existing.

Meet with Sheri, Lee or Nikolai one on one to talk about things that you struggle with, in a safe space to explore things like feelings, relationships and behaviours. Therapy can be goals based or more exploratory, depending on your unique circumstances.
Offered periodically and involves meeting with Sheri and up to 8 other individuals with similar struggles. Group therapy is often very skills based and is offered for teens and parents. New groups starting regularly.
In-person and online workshops on different topics for teens and parents. Participants will get useful frameworks for understanding each other in parent-teen relationships, coping with anxiety, challenges and frustrations.
